I have an odd one.
I've never had this problem before and this one is really troubling me.
AP -- v.24
CB -- v.24 sp1
Client bride mode with WPA
Everything works fine for one wired connection from the syetm that I originally configured the CB router from. However, when I attempt to add another computer to the wired side of the CB it is able to obtian an IP via DHCP from the main router but connot communicate with anything on the other side of the bridge after that. It is not an Operating system issue as I have the same problem in Windows and linux. I do not understand how it could optain an IP from the main router but then not beable to ping it??

Both these versions of DD wrt have bugs that relate to DHCP. Get a newer version. Read the Peacock Thread Sticky. _________________ Warning: I'm "out of my element!"

Upgrading most likely will fix the issue. Although this shouldnt cause the problem you are having, it would be wise to understand the limitations of Client Bridges and Repeater Bridges dealing with MAC addresses.
Reservoir Dogs - A great movie from the most underapreciated writer/director in Hollywood.
