SNMP: Active IP Connections

Anyone know if the number of active IP connections is exported via SNMP? I've looked through the TCP and IP OIDs, but I can't seem to find anything. It's on the Status page of the web interface, and I presume it's just `cat /proc/net/ip_conntrack | wc -l`, so it shouldn't be too hard to export ...
